I’m sure the case I got wasn’t the one I picked, and the charger doesn’t really sit right with my phone either. Shipping was fine overall, but it was still kind of frustrating having to deal with the mix-up

I accidentally ordered the wrong case and trying to return it was way more of a hassle than I expected. The instructions weren’t super clear, so I ended up emailing more than once before I finally got a straight answer. Weirdly, I remember I was eating a bagel when the refund email finally came through because I’d basically given up checking by then. The refund did come through eventually, but it took longer than I would’ve liked. Not the worst experience ever, but I probably wouldn’t order again unless I was 100% sure I had the right item.

I bought this case thinking it would be an easy, affordable replacement for the one my brother had recommended, but it ended up breaking after about a week. It felt cheap from the start, i wish I’d spent a little more on something sturdier. Definitely felt like a waste of money for me.

My order showed up way later than expected, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I kept checking for any kind of movement and it was just stuck with no real info. Like, make it make sense. The product finally arrived, but the shipping experience was frustrating

I reached out and I’m still waiting to hear back. I get that things can get busy, but being left with no response is frustrating and feels preventable with better follow-up.

I picked up a couple of phone cases from here, but i don’t feel like they were worth the price. The quality was just okay, nothing that made me think, “yeah, this was a good buy.” Then the shipping cost got added on and it felt even less like a deal. I also kind of hate wasting time and energy looking around, comparing stuff, and waiting for the order just to end up feeling underwhelmed. Probably won’t bother buying from here again.
